Hi, I'm Matt Waxler, of Matt's Pasta Emporium. I also own North of the Border Mexican Restaurant (since 2002) and Dogfather Hot Dogs (since 2023). Matt's Pasta Emporium started as joke with one of my managers because my friends and family would always ask me to cater them pasta and things not found on my other restaurant's menus.
